Keto "Oatmeal"

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Hemp hearts
- ½ cup fine almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream (for creamier taste, double this!)
- 2 tablespoon sweetener
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Toppings:
- Granola
- Fresh berries
- Choczero Maple Syrup
- Coconut
- Chia Seeds
- Choczero Hazelnut Spread
Directions:
- In a small pot add almond milk, heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon, sweetener, and xanthan.
- Stir frequently over medium low heat
- Once it starts to simmer
- Prepare a mason jar with the hemp and almond flour
- Pour hot liquid over hemp and almond flour
- Stir it and let it sit until cool
- Split into different jars
- Add your favorite toppings
